In addition, IVLA complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which restricts the collection of personal information from children under 13 in the United States without verified parental consent.

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Specific retention periods may vary by data type. Academic records are retained in line with legal and accreditation obligations; marketing data is retained only until consent is withdrawn.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected] or 877-878-6001. We may request information to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.  If you use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
