During the "Covid year" when so many things were uncertain (especially for our students), I had the opportunity to be a virtual teacher full time. I soon realized that I loved building relationships with students that chose to do virtual learning in a way that I never thought was possible. I found that I had more time to talk to students online than when I was doing "in person" teaching. It was so rewarding to get to know so many students from so many different backgrounds. I knew that if an opportunity of virtual teaching ever presented itself again that I would 100% sign up.
