The most important thing I have learned as a teacher is that there is no one size fits all to learning. Every student learns differently and at their own pace. It is our job as educators to build confidence in students so that they can be lifelong learners by helping them find what works best for them and helping them find their passion in life so they can be contributing members to society and pass on their passion to others.
