The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Site without prior written consent from IVLA.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

IVLA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refunds

• Full-Payment Tuition: If you paid tuition in full and submit a signed Withdrawal Notice Form within 30 days of your student’s start date, you will receive a 50% refund, if the student has completed less than 25% of the course material.
• Payment Plan Tuition: If you’re on a payment plan and submit a signed Withdrawal Notice Form within 30 days of your student’s start date, you remain responsible for 50% of the total tuition provided the student has completed less than 25% of the course material.

Non-Refundable Fees: AP and Honors course fees, registration fees, summer course fees, dual enrollment fees, graduation fees, and any additional curriculum fees are non-refundable.
