Middle School STEM Fair 2022

Mrs. Tricia Rhude, one of our middle school success coaches and teachers, recently hosted a Middle School STEM Fair at IVLA! She invited all middle school students to submit entries and received 19 outstanding submissions. Our judges included IVLA high school students and National Honor Society members. They had a very difficult time selecting the winners, as the creativity and execution of the entries were excellent!

Congratulations to our top three winners below!

 

1st Place winner

Zeineb Demir. He is in 6th grade and designed a robot for the Engineering Build category.

2nd Place winner

Mondoe Davis Jr. He is in 8th grade and designed a solar pizza oven for the Build Something Useful category.

3rd Place winner

Wyatt Doudrick. He is in 6th grade and designed a lemon battery for the Build Something Useful category.
