As a teacher at IVLA, I am able to intentionally create meaningful bonds with students from all over the world. I feel these connections are crucial to a student's educational success, as it provides the student with confidence and motivation as they engage and take ownership of their learning experience. Teachers here provide guidance and support through individualized instruction and deliver constructive feedback to adhere to diverse learners and adapt to students needs.
